Combine yeast, water, and sugar. |

Add milk, eggs, oil and tomato
sauce. |

In a separate bowl combine wheat and
white flour, flax seed, sugar, salt, garlic, oregano and
basil. |

Combine wet and dry
mixtures. |

Grease a bowl and set the dough in
it. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 1 hour. |

Punch down and divide in half.
Divide the halves into three parts. |

Braid together the three parts and set
both loaves to rise on a greased cookie sheet. |

Let rise 1 hour. |
9. |
Brush the top of the bread with egg yoke
and sprinkle with poppy seeds. |

Bake at 375 for 30 min. |

water in the oven while it bakes. |
