Raw Chicken |

Stock Pot full of water |

5 Cloves of
Garlic |

2 small Onions |

2 Carrots cut large |

1 stock of Celery cut large |
|
|
1 tsp Rosemary |
|
|
1 Tbs Turmeric |
|
|
1 Tbs Mustard |
|
|
2 Tbs Sea Salt |
|
|
1/2 Tsp Celery Seed |
|
|
Nettle |
|
|
1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper |
|
|
Black Pepper |
|
|

1/4 Cup Parsley |
|
|
2 Tsp Oregano |
|
|
Carrots |
|
|
Onions |
|
|
Celery |
|
|
Broccoli |

Potatoes |

1. |
Place chicken in Stock pot of water and
add Garlic, large cut onions, carrots, celery, Rosemary, Turmeric,
Mustard, sea salt, celery seed, nettle, cayenne, and black pepper. |

Let boil for at least one
hour. |

Remove chicken and take the meat off the
bone. Put the meat back in the soup. |

Put in the soup parsley, oregano,
carrots, onions, celery, broccoli and potatoes (any veggies that you
want in the soup would be fine) |

add more Rosemary, Turmeric, salt and
mustard to taste. |

Let boil for at least 20min to an
hour. |
Note: |
This recipe started on a stone soup
idea. Any veggies or meat can be added. Variations include
adding hot and sweet sausage and mushrooms. Great to serve when
cold season hits. |
