Chicken Soup From Scratch (Spicy)
1 Raw Chicken
1 Stock Pot full of water
5 Cloves of Garlic
2 small Onions
2 Carrots cut large
1 stock of Celery cut large
1 tsp Rosemary
1 Tbs Turmeric
1 Tbs Mustard
2 Tbs Sea Salt
1/2 Tsp Celery Seed
Nettle
1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
Black Pepper
 
1/4 Cup Parsley
2 Tsp Oregano
Carrots
Onions
Celery
Broccoli
Potatoes
1. Place chicken in Stock pot of water and add Garlic, large cut onions, carrots, celery, Rosemary, Turmeric, Mustard, sea salt, celery seed, nettle, cayenne, and black pepper.
2. Let boil for at least one hour.  
3. Remove chicken and take the meat off the bone.  Put the meat back in the soup.  
4. Put in the soup parsley, oregano, carrots, onions, celery, broccoli and potatoes (any veggies that you want in the soup would be fine)
5. add more Rosemary, Turmeric, salt and mustard to taste.  
6. Let boil for at least 20min to an hour. 
Note: This recipe started on a stone soup idea.  Any veggies or meat can be added.  Variations include adding hot and sweet sausage and mushrooms.  Great to serve when cold season hits.
