French Toast with Orange and Vanilla
  2 Eggs
  1/4 tsp Orange Rind
  1/2 tsp Vanilla
  1 Tbs Milk
  3 slices of Bread
  Confectioners Sugar
  Maple Syrup
1. Combine eggs, orange rind, vanilla and milk.
2. Beat until frothy.  
3. Lay the bread in the egg mixture and then flip it over to coat both sides.  
4. Place in frying pan and cook until browned.
5. Once the French toast is placed on the plate use a strainer to sprinkle the confections sugar over the top.  
6.  Serve with maple syrup.
