lbs Oatmeal |

Cups Wheat Germ |

1 Cup Brown
sugar firmly packed |

1 Cup Coconut |
|
|
1 Cup Chopped Nuts (cashews, walnuts,
peanuts, etc..) |

1/2 Cup Sesame Seeds |
|
|
1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds |
|
|
1 Cup Safflower Oil |
|
|
1 Tsp Salt |
|
|

Combine all ingredients except
oil. Mix together well. |

Stir in the oil. |

Spread the mixture into a large shallow
pan. |

Bake at 325 until golden brown, stirring
up from the bottom every 10 minutes for 1 hour. |

Pack in a plastic bag and keep
refrigerated. |

When the mixture is cooled 1
cup of chopped fruit can be added. (figs, raisins, etc) |
