Hummus
1 15oz Can Chick Peas
1/2 Cup Tahini (sesame paste)
1/4 Cup 2 Tbs Water
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
7 Cloves of Garlic
1 Tbs Cayenne Pepper
1 Tsp Sea Salt
1 Tbs Parsley
 
 
1. Drain the Chick Peas
2. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend together.
3. Keep refrigerated.
   
Note: If you don't have Tahini an okay substitute is 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter and 2 Tbs Sesame oil.  omit the 2 Tbs of water.
