Potatoes
Sour cream
Butter
Pinch of Thyme
Milk
Parmesan Cheese
1. Bake potatoes for 1 hour.  
2. Slit open the potatoes and remove stuffing.  Save the potato skins as much in tact as possible.
3. In a mixing bowl whip together potato stuffing, sour cream, thyme, butter and a small amount of milk.  
4. Replace the stuffing into the potato skins.
5. Sprinkle the top of the potatoes with Parmesan cheese and dot with butter.  
6. Bake at 400 for 20 min.
