Bake potatoes for 1 hour. |

Slit open the potatoes and remove
stuffing. Save the potato skins as much in tact as possible. |

In a mixing bowl whip together potato
stuffing, sour cream, thyme, butter and a small amount of
milk. |

Replace the stuffing into the potato
skins. |
5. |
Sprinkle the top of the potatoes with
Parmesan cheese and dot with butter. |

Bake at 400 for 20 min. |
