Hip Sauce for Salmon |

Cup Vegetable Stock |
|
|

Tbs + 1/3 tsp Rose Hips powdered |
|
|
1 tsp
Balsamic Vinegar |
|
|
1 tsp Honey |
|
|
1/4 tsp Orange Rind |
|
|
1 Tbs Orange Juice |
|
|
1 Tbs Flour |
|
|
|
|

Make a roux with the Rose hips, Flour
and 2 1/2 Tbs Vegetable stock. |

On low heat, add the remaining
ingredients and the rest of the Vegetable stock. |

Bring to a simmer and let
thicken. |

Serve warm over broiled or grilled
Salmon steaks. |
