Rose Hip Sauce  for  Salmon
1 Cup Vegetable Stock
1 Tbs + 1/3 tsp Rose Hips powdered
1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Honey
1/4 tsp Orange Rind
1 Tbs Orange Juice
1 Tbs Flour
 
1. Make a roux with the Rose hips, Flour and 2 1/2 Tbs Vegetable stock.  
2. On low heat, add the remaining ingredients and the rest  of the Vegetable stock.  
3. Bring to a simmer and let thicken.  
4. Serve warm over broiled or grilled Salmon steaks.
