Thai Stir-Fried Pork and Corn
 
2 Tbs Vegetable Oil
1 lbs Port, cut into strips or chunks
1 Garlic clove chopped
2 Cups corn, frozen or fresh
1 1/2 Cups green beans
2 Scallions, chopped
1 small red chili, chopped
1 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs Soy sauce
3 Tbs Chopped fresh Cilantro
Egg noodles or Rice to serve
 
1. Heat the oil in the walk and cook the pork until lightly browned.
2. Add the garlic, corn, beans, scallions and chili.  Cook for 2-3 more minutes.
3. Stir in the sugar and soy sauce.  
4. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve over egg noodles or rice.
