Stir-Fried Pork and Corn |

Tbs Vegetable Oil |

1 lbs Port,
cut into strips or chunks |
|

1 Garlic clove chopped |
|
|
2 Cups corn, frozen or fresh |
|
|
1 1/2 Cups green beans |
|
|
2 Scallions, chopped |
|
|
1 small red chili, chopped |
|
|
1 Tbs sugar |
|
|
1 Tbs Soy sauce |
|
|
3 Tbs Chopped fresh Cilantro |
|
|
Egg noodles or Rice to serve |

Heat the oil in the walk and cook the
pork until lightly browned. |

Add the garlic, corn, beans, scallions
and chili. Cook for 2-3 more minutes. |

Stir in the sugar and soy
sauce. |

Sprinkle with cilantro and serve over
egg noodles or rice. |
