Remove stems and save. Hollow out
the inside of the mushroom. |

Coat the outside of the mushroom with
the melted butter. |

Sauté in butter and oil the onions and
mushroom stems. |

Turn off the heat and add bread crumbs, parsley,
tarragon, whipped cream, and Swiss cheese. |

Stuff the mixture into the caps of the
mushrooms. |
6. |
Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes. |
