Baked Chicken
6 Boneless Chicken Breast
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp ground Rosemary
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice 
3 Tbs Wheat Germ
3 Tbs Bread Crumbs
Margarine, Butter, or olive oil
6 Cloves of Garlic
 
1. Coat the bottom of the pan with butter, oil or margarine. A fast way is to use a product like PAM.  
2. Arrange the chicken breast in the pan
3. Dribble the lemon juice over the chicken.
4. Combine bread crumbs, Wheat germ, pepper, and Rosemary.  Sprinkle on top of the chicken.  
5. Dot the top with butter or margarine.  
6.  Place crushed garlic cloves between the chicken pieces.     
7. Bake at 350 for an hour.
