Boneless Chicken Breast |

ground Rosemary |

1/4 Cup Lemon Juice |

3 Tbs Wheat Germ |

3 Tbs Bread Crumbs |

Margarine, Butter, or olive oil |

6 Cloves of Garlic |

Coat the bottom of the pan with butter,
oil or margarine. A fast way is to use a product like PAM. |

Arrange the chicken breast in the pan |

Dribble the lemon juice over the
chicken. |

Combine bread crumbs, Wheat germ,
pepper, and Rosemary. Sprinkle on top of the chicken. |

Dot the top with butter or
margarine. |

Place crushed garlic cloves
between the chicken pieces. |

Bake at 350 for an hour. |
