Fresh Salsa
 
6 Plumb Tomatoes or 3 large tomatoes, Seeded and finely chopped
2 Cloves Garlic
1/2 Cup Chopped onion or 1 red onion
4-6 Serrano Chili peppers, seeded and chopped
1 Tbs Fresh chopped Cilantro
1/4 tsp Salt
2 Tsp Lime Juice, fresh or the juice of one lime
 
 
1. Cut all ingredients by hand
2. Combine all ingredients
3. Let stand 1 hour
  Note:  The salsa can be stored in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator up to one week
