Plumb Tomatoes or 3 large tomatoes, Seeded and finely chopped |

1/2 Cup Chopped onion or 1 red onion |

4-6 Serrano Chili peppers, seeded and

1 Tbs Fresh chopped Cilantro |

1/4 tsp Salt |

2 Tsp Lime Juice, fresh or the juice of
one lime |
