Avacados, seeded and peeled |

1 lime,
juiced |
|
|
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt |
|
|
1/2 tsp ground Cumin |
|
|
1/2 tsp Cayenne |
|
|
1/2 medium red Onion, diced |
|
|
2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced |
|
|
1 Tbs chopped Cilantro |
|
|
1 Jalapeno or Serrano peppers |
|
|
2 Cloves Garlic, minced |

In a large bowl mash the avacados and
lime juice. |

Add the salt, cumin, and cayenne. |

Fold in the onions, tomatoes, cilantro,
garlic and hot peppers. |

Add a little lime juice if needed. |

Let sit at room temperature for 1
hour. |
