For Coconut Sauce |

Combine the Coconut, salt and Sugar in a
sauce pan. |

Bring to a boil, stirring well until the
sugar dissolves. |

How to Serve |
1. |
Place hot rice in the bowl |

Place the cold mango slices on top of
the rice. |
3. |
Pour the warm coconut sauce over the
rice and mangos. |
4. |
Eat! |
