Thai Mango Sticky Rice
 
1 1/2 C Rice (Thai sticky rice or jasmine)
3 Cups water   (1 to 2 rice to water)
Cook rice.
 
Select a Mango soft and flavorful.  Slice it the long way.  
 
3/4 Cup Coconut Milk unsweetened
1/4 tsp Salt
3 Tbs Sugar
 
  For Coconut Sauce
1. Combine the Coconut, salt and Sugar in a sauce pan.
2. Bring to a boil, stirring well until the sugar dissolves. 
  How to Serve
1. Place hot rice in the bowl
2. Place the cold mango slices on top of the rice. 
3. Pour the warm coconut sauce over the rice and mangos.
4. Eat!
