Pizza Crust
1 pkg or 2 tsp Dry Yeast
1 1/2 Cup Warm water
2 Tbs Olive Oil
3 Cups Wheat Flour
1 Cup White Flour
1 tsp Sea Salt
2 Tbs Wheat Germ
Garlic powder
1. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
2. Stir oil into water/yeast mixture
3. Add flour and salt .
4. Knead until mixed.  Shape into a ball and place in an oiled bowl.  Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 1 hour.
5. Grease the bottom of the pizza pan and sprinkle with wheat germ and garlic powder
6. Spread the dough onto the pan and add desired toppings. 
7. Bake pizza at 425 for 15 min.
