Dissolve yeast in warm water. |

Stir oil into water/yeast mixture |

Add flour and salt . |

Knead until mixed. Shape into a
ball and place in an oiled bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let
rise for 1 hour. |

Grease the bottom of the pizza pan and
sprinkle with wheat germ and garlic powder |

Spread the dough onto the pan and add
desired toppings. |

Bake pizza at 425 for 15 min. |
