Combine water and wine. |

Brown Beef, onions, and mushrooms and
add a small amount of wine mixture. |

Continue adding Wine mixture to keep it
from drying out until the meat is cooked. |

Remove from Stove. |

Add egg, spices, breadcrumbs and
almonds. |

Place in a 9 inch pie crust and cover
with the second crust. Vent crust. |

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until
done. |

You will need another egg, beaten. |

Divide pie crust dough into 4
pieces. Roll out each piece. |

Place in center of the dough the Beef
mixture. |

Brush the edges with water and fold the
dough together and seal the edges. You can use a fork to
press down the edges to make sure it's sealed. |

Brush the top of the pastry with egg and
pierce the top so that the pastry will not explode. |

Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour or until crust
is done. |
