Sea Food and Mushroom Pie
1/4 lbs Scallops
1/4 lbs Clams (out of the shell)
1/4 lbs Shrimp (tails off)
1/4 lbs Crabmeat
2 Green onions or scallions
1/8 tsp Black Pepper (white pepper can also be added if avaiable)
1/8 tsp Salt
1 Tbs Nettle (optional) 
1 pkg sliced Protabella Mushrooms
1 1/2 Cup Milk
2 Tbs Flour
2 Tbs Butter
1/4 Cup Sweet Sherry
3 Cups Mashed Potato
 
1. Simmer scallops, clams, shrimp, crabmeat, salt and pepper in the milk for 15 minutes.  
2. Strain and reserve the milk.  Set the seafood aside.  
3. Create a roux by melting the butter and adding the flour.  Stir in the milk and let thicken.
4. Add Mushrooms, Sherry and Seafood.  
5. Pour into a casserole dish and top with mashed potatoes.  Dot the top with butter.  
6. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes.  
Variation:  Replace all seafood with 1 1/2 lbs Sea scallops and replace the Portabella mushrooms with ordinary white mushrooms.
