Simmer scallops, clams, shrimp,
crabmeat, salt and pepper in the milk for 15 minutes. |

Strain and reserve the milk. Set
the seafood aside. |

Create a roux by melting the butter and
adding the flour. Stir in the milk and let thicken. |

Add Mushrooms, Sherry and
Seafood. |

Pour into a casserole dish and top with
mashed potatoes. Dot the top with butter. |

Bake at 350 for 20 to 30
minutes. |
Variation: |
Replace all seafood with 1 1/2 lbs
Sea scallops and replace the Portabella mushrooms with ordinary white
mushrooms. |
